ZERO POINT FIELD

 

The principal objective of this project is to promote holistic therapies, teach useful practices and disciplines proved to be highly effective for our well-being. As we rapidly advance in science and modern mind-body medicine, it becomes clear how the energetic balance between body and mind plays a key role in our health, vitality and longevity. Every person has a unique constitutional energetic signature established in the earliest moments of life.

Ancient traditions suggest that the perfect balance of energy (Qi/Prana) appears after we are born and just before we die. In between health is a matter of continual adjustment, it cannot be permanently achieved but is an ongoing process. We must therefore consider what we are using our energy for and why if we want to live at our fullest potential.

It is advisable to learn techniques that enable us to regulate and control our nervous system in a short period of time. Yoga, meditation, qi gong, tai chi, acupuncture, and mindfulness are all showing very encouraging results not only in treating conditions like anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and a long list of other illness but also to build a feeling of confidence, peace, serenity, courage and strength.

These techniques restore the proper flow of prana circulating in the meridians of the body and create a strong electromagnetic field relieving the effect of stress and related chronic illness. It is said that the higher level of healing is to eliminate diseases before they manifest. THE FIELD IS THE FORCE

 

The universe is a dynamic web of interconnections. Pioneers of quantum physics suggest that we are immersed in an ocean of microscopic vibrations, a sea of energy. Somehow, everything we know and see is energy, there is no matter. We humans at our most fundamental level are an energetic charge in a field of energy connected with every other thing in the universe. This ocean of energy appears to be a field of pure dynamic intelligence, a field of unbounded Awareness, as ancient traditions clearly suggest since millennia.

Can it be that when we align and resonate with this field we create a constructive interference that brings us health and healing and when we isolate and get out of synch, we create destructive interference that makes us ill ? I believe that all these ancient practices have been carefully crafted with the intention to reach this magical coherence and dance with the universe. In my early years of practice my approach to Yoga has been reasonably skeptical, my education forced me to find some rational explanations behind all these teachings.

I kept the door open meeting new people, gathering more information, dedicating time to practice and investigating these strategies which were new to me. I have been going through major changes in my lifestyle and in my life in general along this road. I feel enormously grateful to my teachers for sharing their knowledge with me and to the beautiful people I was blessed to meet. To me Yoga is like going home after a long adventure, it is that quiet place where nothing is needed. It is that feeling of not being alone whatever the circumstances, is the gift to sit down anywhere you are and feel at home in a blink of an eye.
