Fabrizio is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. He has learned from various teachers techniques and modalities used to improve our physical and mental well-being. Like other teachers, he believe that human beings hold within infinite potential and resources that are ready to be discovered and utilized.
He has studied ​with teachers such as Hari Das, Gururattana, Gurmukh, Tej, Harijiwan, Gurushabd, Guru Dev and Guru Dharam.

In addition to his Kundalini Yoga background, he has also been practicing Reiki, Pranic Healing and is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation teacher at the C​hopra Center​ in Carlsbad, California. His teaching are inspired from Ayurveda, Chinese medicine and the latest scientific discovery in the Mind-Body system.
